International, Spain - From the International Juvenile Justice Observatory we’d like to wish to all our collaborators, subscribers and users a productive Year for 2005 in personal and professional areas. We present to you the Newsletter No. 10, in it you can find the usual documentation we hope you find interesting.

We inform you that we are organizing a professional workshop about the Regulation of Development of the Organic Law 5/2000 regulatory of Penal responsibility of juveniles in Spain. The Aim of the workshop is to work for a day and a half about the reflection and analysis of the regulation of the L.O.5/2000. At the closing act the final document will be submitted which gathers the conclusions of the different work tables. The aim of this document is to be an useful instrument for the operators of the Juvenile justice system in order to interpret and to put in to practice this regulation. The workshop willl take place on 17th 18th February 2005, in The Faculty of Law, University of Murcia, Spain. For any doubts or enquiries don´t hesitate to contact: reglamento@oijj.org
