European Union, European Union - Proposal of Opinion: "Prevention of the juvenile delinquency. The models of Treatment of the Juvenile delinquency and the role of the Juvenile Justice in the European Union".

The International Juvenile Justice Observatory (IJJO), organization of Foundation Diagrama, informs that has been initiated the processing of a proposal Opinion of prevention of Juvenile Delinquency to the European Economic and Social Committee. This proposal of opinion comes from the initiative of Mr. Jose María Zufiaur, President of the Latin America Follow-up Committee and Adviser of the European Economic and Social Committee.

Please, do not hesitate to get in contact with us if you want to collaborate in the Report of the Proposal of Opinion.Your collaboration will be mentioned in the report that the IJJO will send to the Economic and Social European Committee. National, France - The IJJO would like to inform the "First Report of the French Observatory of Delinquency" has been published. This document is the result of the statistics study of the delinquency in France. Its objective is to clarify and to make aware les citizens, the press and the administrations the reality about the criminal phenomenons in France, mainly about trend and evolution.

National, Peru - The Second World Congress on childhood and adolescence wil take place in November 2005 in Lima (Perú), called 'The Citizenship in the Childhood and Adolescence: To demand Childrens and Teenagers rights'. This event is organize by: NGO Cometa (Compromiso desde la infancia y la adolescencia), Educators Training Institute for young people, adolescents and youth workers of Latin America and the Caribbean, and the International Organization for World Congresses (OICOMDEN).
