OIJJ / International Juvenile Justice Observatory National, Spain - The IJJO would like to inform you that the report about the Draft bill, which modifies the Spanish Minors Act, has been published.
Its main aim is to promote a series of improvements to the act, keeping in mind at all times the fact that the greater interest of the minor must continue to be given priority as a governing criterion, together with the special educational slant of the sentences given.
