International - The International Juvenile Justice Observatory would like to inform you, the report "Protecting the rights of children in conflict with the law", has been published.

This document provides you useful information on the Organisations that are members of the "Juvenile Justice Panel", their missions and activities, as well as innovative practices in areas like legal support, alternative sanctions and capacity building.

The main objective is to elaborate or to improve the legislative measures on juvenile justice and on children in conflict with the law, which already exist.

European Union - The International Juvenile Justice Observatory (IJJO) would like to inform you that as a result of The European Conference: "Strategies for the profesional integration of juveniles in conflict with the Law", which took place in Sevilla (Spain), on the days 14th and 15th December 2005, has been published The "Declaration of Sevilla".

The "Declaration of Sevilla" main's goal is to create new ways and new resources to facilitate professional integration of juveniles in conflict with the Law. During these two days, european experts have put in common their experiences in order to promote the creation of an integral process of professional integration, which provides the commitment implication of companies and organizations with the aim to improve education and vocational training.

International - The International Juvenile Justice Observatory (IJJO) would like to inform you that as result of The Second World Congress on Childhood and Adolescence Rights: entitled "The Citizenship in the Childhood and Adolescence: To demand Children's and Teenagers rights", wich took place in Lima (Peru) from the 21st to 25th November 2005, has been published The "Declaration of Lima".

The "Declaration of Lima" is the result of a great exchange of experiences and good practices, which aim is to support "an integral intervention, which promotes the effective force of children's and adolescents rights from the approaches of right and human development and from the identification and application of the citizenship".
