Since 1952, the Council of Europe recognises the NGOs influence and offers them the opportunity to participate, as vital component of the European society, ensuring freedom of expression and association both of which are fundamental to democracy.
Thanks to this recognition, the IJJO will seize the opportunity to develop new initiatives and proposal that will be submitted for debate within this Institution, which represents 47 States of the European continent. [+] |
