BISMARCK — North Dakota House members adopted two study resolutions Thursday that seek to improve outcomes for released prisoners and the juvenile justice process.
House Concurrent Resolution 3015, introduced by Rep. Bernie Satrom, R-Jamestown, seeks a study for best practices to reduce offenders' recidivism, prepare them to rejoin society and aid them with housing and educational opportunities.
